the mount…does it have power to it, or is it something where the GPS just sits?

I want to figure out if I can attach it or would a volvo shop/dealer need to do it for me?

Thanks for the part numbers. I ordered them from http://www.myswedishparts.com. Although it is shipped from the local Volvo dealer it is cheaper to order thru the internet or over the phone from them. They shipped it overnight for free. The price difference was about $80 than if I walked in to my local dealer.

The mount is very stylish and you get it only from volvo.

Both the parts will cost you about $180.00

The bracket is designed specifically to coordinate with the look and style of the vehicle, and eliminates the need for exposed power cables and suction cup mount typically found on portable navigation devices. Volvoâ€™s built-in bracket folds down when not in use. The nÃ¼vi 760 may also be taken off the mount and moved between different cars.
